Private Events & Offsite Parties
We are so excited that you are considering the Candle Bar for your private event, or an offsite candle workshop for your group! We love when friends and family gather together, so we say, "party on Garth" and we hope you have the most amazing time wherever you host your event!

You can request to book a private event below by clicking on the day and time of your request. We will try to confirm your appointment, or offer an alternative date/time as soon as possible!

If you would like to plan a party at The Candle Bar, and do not need a private appointment, you may book your group online under our standard BOOK NOW reservation tab. Guests can pay separately, or as a group.
Private Events - The Candle Bar will be closed to the public.
Deposit: $100 to reserve/hold your date and time. This is nonrefundable if you cancel an event within 72 hours (3 days) prior to reserved day/time. Full deposit will be refunded within the 7 days following event, given compliance with all rules, policies and cleaning requirements.

Cleaning Deposit: $50 and non-refundable.

Private Rental Fee of The Candle Bar without candle making: $200 per hour. Rental fee includes complete use of the space privately. No other events or workshops will be allowed in The Candle Bar during your rental time. Upon availability, guests can begin setting up 30 min -1 hour prior to the event.

Private Rental Fee of the Candle Bar with Candle Making: $100 per hour plus the cost of making a candle ($40 per person, $36 for 10 or more).
Private Events are not booked until confirmed by an employee of Oliva Dawn Candle Co and a signed contract and deposit is received.

Offsite Events
Deposit: $50 to reserve/hold your date and time. This is non-refundable.

$45 per person for offsite candle workshop. We will bring all supplies need to enjoy a fun and wonderful candle making experience. If less than 10 people, price for workshop increases to $50 per person.

Offsite Workshops are not booked until confirmed by employee of Oliva Dawn Candle Co and deposit received.
